I went to the Registrar's office again today armed with my camera, but wasn't allowed to take a picture. So here's the sign in its entirety.
"Warning!...All trolley drivers should stay within the speed limit (a stroll in the park) or they will be charged accordingly." I will get a pic...*dammit*
